I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and our host. I made a pretty spectacular travel mistake—I accidentally booked our stay for NEXT year! We arrived in Seward around 11:00 p.m., completely unaware of what I had done.I can only imagine our host’s surprise when we showed up that late at night expecting a place to stay! He could not have been more gracious. He welcomed us, made sure we were taken care of, and basically said, “We’ll figure everything out tomorrow.” That kindness set the tone for our entire stay.The place itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed. You can tell that a tremendous amount of care has gone into both the property and the guest experience.And then there was Bobby! Their wonderful dog was SO happy to see us that you couldn’t help but be happy right along with him. We absolutely loved him.The entire property is special and wonderfully unique. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and it’s clear that these hosts genuinely care about creating a memorable experience for their guests.I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone visiting Seward. The property was wonderful, but the hospitality was even better. After the grace and kindness we were shown when we unexpectedly appeared at 11:00 p.m. a full YEAR early, I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Great location with plenty of space for the three of us!

This was a wonderful cabin. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The porch and fire pit enjoyable. We had a wonderful day on our boat trip into the Kenai Fjords NP with Major Marine Tours. It is a very quiet location a short way out of Seward. The host was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the visits from Bobby. We would highly recommend this cabin.

We had a few brief interactions with the host who was very personable. He was even able to procure a discount on a boating activity (Major Marine, was well worth it!). The unit was clean, had all the kitchen equipment necessary and the beds were comfortable. A very nice place to stay.

Owners were very welcoming. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if traveling to Seward area.
